When you install Flipa on your own site, it converts and renders your PDFs directly in the browser and does not send your documents, your site’s data, or your readers’ information to us or any third party. - Support requests. When you contact us via our Support form, we receive your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
- Purchases. When you buy a Flipa license, your payment is processed by our resellers (see section 4). We receive order and license details such as your name, email address, product, and license status - but not your full payment-card number.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs. Like most websites, our servers record standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request.
- Cookies and analytics. We use essential cookies to keep the site working and limited analytics to understand which pages are useful (see section 5).
What the plugin does not collect
The Flipa plugin runs entirely on your own WordPress server. It does not transmit your PDFs, your content, or your visitors’ personal data to Flipa or to any external service.

5. Cookies
