We want you to be happy with Flipa. Because Flipa licenses are sold through Freemius and WPBay, your refund is processed by the platform you purchased from, under its own policy. Here is a plain-English summary and how to request one.

1. Who processes your refund

Flipa Pro is sold through two resellers, each acting as the merchant of record for your purchase. Your refund is handled by whichever one you bought from:

• Freemius - the “Buy direct” secure checkout on flipa.pro.
• WPBay - the WPBay marketplace.

2. Bought through Freemius

If you purchased via Freemius, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. Please note that Freemius issues full refunds only (not partial), and some transactions - such as upgrading a plan, changing your billing cycle, or buying additional licenses - may not be eligible.

3. Bought through WPBay

If you purchased via WPBay, you can request a refund by opening a support ticket and describing the issue. WPBay reviews each request: if the plugin is not delivered as advertised, is faulty, or cannot be made to work, it will be fixed or refunded. Requests are considered up to 90 days from purchase. Where a problem is caused by incorrect setup, a refund is at WPBay’s discretion - and we’re always happy to help you get it working first.

4. Our promise

Wherever you bought, if Flipa isn’t right for you we want to make it right. Reach us through our Support page and we’ll either get Flipa working for you or help you obtain a refund through the relevant platform.

5. How to request a refund

• Freemius: use the receipt link in your purchase email, or contact us via the Support page and we’ll start it for you.
• WPBay: open a ticket from your WPBay account, or reach out and we’ll point you to the right place.

Either way, include the email address used at purchase and your order or license key so we can find it quickly.

The free version of Flipa on WordPress.org is free - there is nothing to refund.
